Who Ships Your Order
SŌLACE curates and refers products. Shipping is handled by the merchant, manufacturer, warehouse, or freight carrier attached to the order.
Final shipping promises, fees, restrictions, and delivery windows are set at checkout on the merchant site.
Free Shipping
Many products promoted through SŌLACE include free shipping within eligible U.S. service areas.
Remote addresses, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international destinations, limited-access roads, and oversized freight can require custom quotes or additional fees.
Freight Delivery
Saunas, tubs, heaters, and large accessories may ship by LTL freight on a pallet or crate.
Standard freight is usually curbside. Carriers generally do not move crates into backyards, through gates, up stairs, or onto decks.
Receiving A Delivery
Be present when possible. Inspect the crate before signing the delivery paperwork.
If visible damage exists, write it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact the merchant immediately. Keep packaging until any claim is resolved.
Timing
Processing and transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, distance, appointment scheduling, and access can affect delivery.
