Return eligibility, return windows, restocking fees, return freight, product condition rules, and exclusions are controlled by the merchant and manufacturer.

Before You Order

Measure the space, confirm the model, check electrical and foundation requirements, and read the merchant return policy before purchase.

Large freight items can be expensive to return. The quietest return is the one avoided by choosing carefully.

Cancellations And Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the merchant immediately.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, custom production, or freight scheduling, changes may not be possible.

Damage Claims

Inspect deliveries before signing. Photograph any damage and report it quickly to the merchant with your order number and delivery paperwork.

Concealed damage should be reported as soon as it is found. Carrier claim windows can be short.
